I started tracking again today, and I already feel better and a little more In control of things! Hitting the gym in the morning if it kills me!
I have been all hibernating bear this winter. I hate winter. It’s cold and makes me sleepy. I haven’t been to WW in …the whole month. My oldest son has been home for the last 2 months, and I have been in super mom mode. Cooking and eating all his favorites. I have been to the gym maybe 3 times….I know!!! SUCK! I haven’t been, motivated, or tracking…NOTHING! I have too get it together. SATURDAY…IT’S BACK ON…I want to do this! Weight GO AWAY…I think I’m up 2 or 3 lbs….sad. But time to kick my own ass.
